Amy has had the privilege of teaching mums and mums-to-be yoga for over 10 years, teaching literally 1000s of bumps and babies, as well as growing two bumps of her own. She is dedicated to using yoga to support women through this special time in their lives. Along with her regular weekly pregnancy and mum & baby yoga classes, Amy runs pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher training courses online, mentors teachers to grow their own successful yoga business supporting mums and mums-to-be, and offers shorter, online, further training courses to enable all yoga teachers to feel confident when teaching pre and postnatal women in their classes. Through her classes and training she is able to spread the joy and light that is yoga to as many women as possible, at a time in their lives when they need it the most.
