The Instructors

Tara LEE

Senior Yoga Teacher

Tara has a passion for teaching yoga to pregnant women, and has guided thousands of women over the last 15 years to help prepare them for birth and motherhood. Tara decided to create a yoga DVD while pregnant with her first child to share her tips for women who could not make it to her classes. Tara teaches yoga classes weekly at The Life Centre, via zoom and on yoga teacher training courses. She is the author of a book on Pregnancy yoga and has created 10 yoga DVDs which are frequently featured on Amazon’s bestselling list. Tara is a registered senior teacher with Yoga Alliance UK, a qualified Shiatsu practitioner, a trained Doula and is currently training as a nutritional therapist.



Camilla has been working as a specialist Women’s health Physiotherapist for over 15years, treating both antenatal and postnatal women for musculoskeletal pain conditions and women of all ages for pelvic floor related problems. She has worked in the NHS at both Chelsea and Westminster and St Georges Hospitals in London and now heads up the Women’s Health Physiotherapy team at SIX Physio London. She currently leads a team of 13 other women’s health physios based across 9 private physio clinics, and enjoys helping her patients resolve their problems and return to a full, active life. She is a highly regarded teacher and has successfully trained numerous physiotherapists to become specialists in the field of Women’s Health. She is also a qualified acupuncturist and Pilates Instructor and works as an Antenatal Teacher on the ‘Bump Class’ and has contributed to their Antenatal Advice Book. When not at work Camilla is kept busy with her 2 little boys and enjoys Yoga, Pilates, skiing and travelling.


Pregnancy Yoga Specialist

Clare has taken a deep dive into the anatomy and physiology of asana and meditation, pregnancy and early parenthood. As a teacher, she’s been part of the London ISHTA training programs since 2014, teaching modules on anatomy, neurophysiology and pregnancy. Working with Tara Lee since 2015, as a co-writer and creator of a series of DVDs, and a pregnancy yoga teacher training program. As a mother of two, yoga is for Clare a valuable practice for supporting modern life, and unlocking the deepest potential that lies in every one.
