Experienced Yoga Teacher

My real passion for yoga began when I started to practice as a way to build strength and recover from a debilitating back injury. I started with Hatha Yoga and shortly after completed my 200 YTT. I immediately left my fulltime office job and started teaching. My curiosity and thirst for more knowledge and understanding just keeps going. The more I learn the more I want to share. My studies have included Yin Yoga, Meditation Teaching, Chair Yoga, Holistic Counselling, Reiki, Yoga Wheel, Aerial Yoga Hammock & Aerial Yoga Swing. I teach a variety of disciplines at my studio as I think it is important to move the body in different ways. To constantly explore and challenge yourself but also to be able to connect with what you need. Yin or Yang. Peaceful or Energetic. Strong and deep or passive and mindful. My other passions include working with herbs, nature & travelling.
