Ayurveda is the medical science of Vedic teachings. It provides the basic understanding of the human body and mind, from which all of the traditional types of Yoga were designed. To really understand Yoga, we have to understand Ayurveda. Ayurveda is based on the premise that our body isn’t a machine but a living, breathing, intelligent and ever-changing organism.
