Nathalie has been teaching yoga to teenagers for as long as she's been teaching yoga, and has taught a huge range of students in all kinds of settings, from schools to youth groups, mental health support groups and hospitals. She is passionate about empowering young people through yoga so that they can find ways to support themselves as they journey into adulthood. Alongside teaching teenagers, Nathalie teaches classes online and locally in Sussex, as well as running teacher training courses and mentoring programmes for yoga teachers.
