Esme is a senior yoga teacher and an Akashic Record and Reiki Master. She has been practicing yoga for over two decades and teaching full time since 2008. Esme is based both in Edinburgh and in Valencia. She teaches with a great sense of joy and energy, compassion and creativity. Esme runs her own yoga centre in Edinburgh and also in Valencia (Spain) where she runs yoga retreats and courses for Spanish speaking. She runs 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2021 as well therapy trainings including Reiki and Akashic Records, Her new course the Art of Creating Sequencing is a programme designed to help Vinyasa teachers perfect their sequencing ability and prevent yogi burnout.
