During the program we learn the fundamental elements of yoga breath, movement, alignment & flow.
Practice anytime:
These classes can be practiced in your own home at a time that suits you. Whilst they are designed as a one hour class, they are broken down so you can practice individual segments at a time if that better suits your schedule.
Week by week:
On booking your program you will receive a YouTube link to your week 1 class and then every week for 4 weeks you will receive the next class in the program.
