I have been a yoga teacher for 7 years and a yogi since 1999. I absolutely love yoga because it has the ability to nurture and grow your wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It has helped me personally through grief, trauma and depression. Yoga has proven to me over and over again its healing properties, which is why I am inspired to share this beautiful and magical practice. I took my first class back in 1999 when I lived in Dublin. It was a Hatha yoga class and I loved everything about it. It took me away from a very busy work hard/ play hard lifestyle. Since then I have practiced many different styles of yoga such as; Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga Primary series 1&2, Core Strength Vinyasa, SHRED and Yoga Nidra. My Teacher trainings are with the Freestyle movement project & Core Strength Vinyasa. I specialise in teaching women Core strength Vinyasa & SHRED yoga. I teach the following to all: Yin yoga, SHRED yoga, Nidra & Restorative yoga. My teaching style is non- traditional, (no Sanskrit here), down to earth, I like to create the perfect ambience for my clients. When I'm not teaching yoga I am outside with the family, walking my dogs, cooking, drinking wine, having fun! This is what I teach to my students so they get everything they need from a weeks yoga class.
