Tools for sequencing vinyasa yoga classes with specific goals

The tester informs about the different methods of sequencing: always the same and always different and give options for teachers to join those two methods with the intention of being more consistent with our teachings and also avoid burn out and pressure of having to reinvent ourselves in every class. I talk about a 12 hour training hold in Edinburgh and online in June an the fact that is very practical and very easy top apply.

Love the options and acknowledgment that you can look at the shape of a peak pose for example and then carry that from start to end

Informative and Thought-provoking

Leonard Bentley

Very clear explanation of the theory, backed up by a just-as-clear demonstration. Loved the variety of themes suggested as this has made me think about sequencing differently.
