Gain a better understanding of the hip socket's orientation and how it affects movement and poses

In this mini workshop, you'll work with two typical yoga poses, and test out the internal and external rotation possibilities of your hip sockets. I'll introduce you to two factors that influence how you might feel in certain movement and postures, and why your body might react in a particular way.
