Working Therapeutically With Clients

Taking time to listen to your clients body, and how to adjust accordingly

We explore how neutralising the lumbar on one side of the spine can affect flexion of the the opposing hip to raise the leg.  This is an example of how our trainees learn to audit the mechanical tensions within the body to help the practitioner place their  focus from muscular pain to breath-led stillness, refining the kinetic chain for more stable grounding.  This client live with plantar fascia and finds it incredibly difficult to balance.  With a little effort - all is possible.
