Working with an experience practitioner, we'll explore the movement of the shoulders and hands to create strength in the body when applied to yoga postures. In doing so, we'll explore how working with the breath helps support strength, consider the use of energy lines to readdress focus, and how the position of the hands through the arm into the scapulae can be applied in every postures.
