Face Yoga is not only a fantastic practice for anti-aging, but a holistic way to manage symptoms through what we call menohacks - short daily practices and routines to help you manage menopause symptoms and share with your students. Alongside targeted Face Yoga, we would also teach eye and neck exercises to effectively ease these menopause symptoms. Please note, if you wear contact lenses, kindly remove them before practice.
