In this Bareface Yoga taster, you’ll learn precise hand placements designed to support and define the jawline while releasing the deep tension that contributes to jowl heaviness.

At Bareface Yoga, we like to chisel the jowl line to restore natural definition and support the jawline, helping to offset the appearance of a double or triple chin! But the visible lift is simply a by-product. Our face yoga techniques work deeper, releasing chronic jaw tension (especially in teeth grinders), reducing pressure through the temporomandibular joint, and easing strain that can contribute to headaches, facial tightness, sinus congestion and even ear discomfort.  This focused practice also supports lymphatic drainage beneath the chin, improves neck rotation and mobility, and reduces the forward-head tension that pulls the lower face downward. The result is not just a more sculpted profile, but less compression in the face and neck, better circulation, and a lighter, freer expression overall.
